1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using paldopinas — including the website, mobile browser platform, or any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and paldopinas. Use of the platform for any purpose — browsing, account registration, deposits, placing bets, or withdrawing funds — constitutes acceptance. paldopinas reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

- You are located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not a registered problem gambler or subject to any self-exclusion order.
- You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of paldopinas or any related entity.
paldopinas does not knowingly allow minors to register or use the platform. Age verification may be required at registration or before any withdrawal is processed. If it is determined that a user is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and any funds will be withheld pending review in accordance with applicable law.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account on paldopinas. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. paldopinas will not be held liable for losses or damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your password.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the paldopinas support team immediately. Users are advised to use strong, unique passwords and to never share login details with third parties.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using paldopinas, you agree to the following obligations:
- You will not use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
- You will not attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated tools, bots, or scripts on the platform.
- You will not engage in money laundering, match-fixing, or any conduct that disrupts the integrity of the platform.
- You will not create accounts using false identities, stolen payment methods, or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
- You will comply with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations when using the platform.
Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
5. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals
All transactions on paldopinas are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include GCash, Maya, bank transfer, QR Ph, and other methods listed in the account dashboard at the time of use. Available channels are subject to change without prior notice.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the account portal. Processing times vary by payment method. paldopinas is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or technical outages beyond the platform's control.
Withdrawals are subject to identity and account verification. You must withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name. Funds associated with suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or policy violations may be withheld pending investigation.
paldopinas does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees independently.
6. Limitation of Liability
paldopinas provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure access to the platform at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, paldopinas disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
paldopinas shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data loss, or lost profits. Gaming involves inherent risk of financial loss, and paldopinas does not guarantee any specific outcome or return from any game or bet placed on the platform.
Our maximum aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
paldopinas reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
- Duplicate account creation.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Inactivity for an extended period, subject to notification where required by applicable regulations.
If your account is closed due to a policy breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact paldopinas support directly. Self-exclusion options are also available through the Responsible Gaming page.
8. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Content
All content on the paldopinas platform — including the brand name, logo, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of paldopinas or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent.
The platform may include links to third-party content, game providers, or payment processors. paldopinas does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms of service. Accessing any third-party service linked from paldopinas is done at your own risk.
9. Changes to These Terms and Governing Law
paldopinas may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, a notice will be posted on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of paldopinas following any posted updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved directly shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
